I want to purchase a land somewhere in an around Bangalore around 1800 to 2000 ft.². Can you tell me what are the upcoming areas or the place where I can invest in where I can purchase the land now for cheap and get my home built later on.

Don't buy in bangalore, better buy in your hometown you will get better appreciation. Then you can buy flat or standalone house in bangalore.

@HighLace02 not a good advice brother. The appreciation in Bangalore will be much more than his local hometown which I'm guessing is a tier 3 or 4 city or a tier 2 city at best. In this case always buy lands near tier 1 cities if u live in that city in this example Bangalore. That land will be better for him as he can build a farmhouse over there and enjoy with his kids. He isn't going to his hometown every week. For the flat in Bangalore that can easily be taken on a loan. This is how almost everyone does.

Check out plotted developments in Devanahalli Doddaballapur area... But I would suggest to go for upcoming g developers instead of your brand names because they are taking 2028 rates in 2025😂

There a few plotted gated communities you might want to check out, a decent one would cost you about 60l-1.5cr,but if you want just land east bangalore and north are Hotspots

I would bet on Katamanallur for sure, The upcoming tallest sky scrapper of banglore-mista sri city is under construction in katamanallur,and brigade group has acquired a massive 20 acers of land in katamanallur.considering these 2 projects in the same area I believe there would be a good appreciation in this area.

Try north Bangalore in and around dodballapur road and Devanahalli road. There are still upcoming projects but a lot has been sold here already.

Opt for only gated communities, would ask you to avoid individual land sale.

Going rate would be 6500/sq ft and above
