If ur renting then balewadi... Has high street and many gr8 restaurants... If ur buying then baner... Will become what balewadi is in 5 years. Though only on pune side of highway.... The Hinjewadi side feels like another city

Both are similar since both have cosmopolitan IT crowd... As long as u stay in a gated community. Difference is... Balewadi is easier to hang out and get around
