Punching suggestion
I don't have ODC , my base loction is delhi. Can anyone suggestplease, could I do my punching for WFO from Lucknow or varansi loction ( these are nearby loction from my native )
For my project based on hydrabad , as I asked to manager he said I don't have constraints related to location.
Can anyone please suggest for here.
It’s based on your base location check with your hr. It’s like you can visit any nearest office in your base location. Else get your base location changed this needs you to have completed 2 years
Without completing 2 years does I not able to do even manager told he had no issues with the loction, he just need 9 hours WFO as per tcs policy only
You can raise a wfo exception request. Talk with your supervisor. Similar situation for me. I've been raising exception from the past 9 months
Thanks , but WFO exception is limitation or for how many days I can apply in once a time. Does this will impact anywhere like QVA benifits or anywhere
