Trending @Capgemini; Pulse survey really works if higher management acknowledged your comment provided in survey ?

No I have been feeling for a long time and my super wiser replied to every comment that I would like to talk in person. Why does he want to talk in person? Does he want to know who is filling? no action been taken only comments and saying call me..., talk me in person? 😔

Generally, whenever we fill pulse survey, it can be acknowledged by our above hierarchy and our managers ( if they have 10+ reporting ) whatever you write, good or bad can be acknowledged by them, there are predefined comments like "I would like to talk to you in person", which they can use or write their own messages.

Generally, they use the templates, incase of worst then they write the comment. Till the time they acknowledged or do, your identity is safe, but once you reply after they acknowledge then your identity is no more private and they will understand that it is written by you.

If your hierarchy and management are supportive then they may hear once your identity is revealed, else they push you in another team and again same thing can happen. This is just to show the above management that we took actions on it.

It does . My complain got listened. I knocked many doors for the issue but no one cared . I put the issue up in peakon and it was resolved

It is for them to know how much unrest is there so that they can plan well :)
