On HR Manager connect, asked two questions back and dropped the call.

  1. Ultimatix main page says about PULSE survey to be strictly voluntary and confidential. Then why this force?
  2. The only team in TCS I am eager to give feedback is HR and they are out of scope for the survey. Why?
