Guys pulse survey 2025 is out. It's time to give them a reality check and give as low a rating as you can if you are not satisfied with this organisation's culture especially from last year. Give real feedback regarding no promotions , no/delay promotions, etc so that they should be aware that what is the ground reality of this organisation currently.
