Publicis Sapient vs Accenture

Which would you recommend? Confirmed from a colleague that Accenture team has good WLB. Accenture has more flexibility of WFH. PS one person gave feedback that the team is good. Not sure about the organisation though (Heard a lot of hire and fire reviews of PS). Both roles are for Internal projects.
