Publicis sapient causing delay for new joinee
Publicis sapient is delaying their new employees to join office, whom they selected on - campus last year . Earlier they provided only letter of intent , now they are not providing offer letters.
Asking for a friend, did everyone get locations as per their preference?
No. You get the location closest to your home address between gurgaon and Bangalore. After 3 months training you can change your location to preference

They said they will send updates in August. Also said, that offers won't be revoked completely. That's all I know

Hi, I came across this post while searching through everywhere to know anything about why PS is delaying the joining dates. I got selected last year on campus and it's June now and still haven't heard anything from them except the letter of intent which is the exact same scenario as yours. I figured you are from my previous batch as this post is from a year ago. I wanted to ask if you all have joined PS by now? I am really worried right now so anything from you guys would really help. Thanks!
Yes all 2023 ASDE have been onboarded by now. But it is delayed

Guys, same thing happened to me when was hired om campus. No communication until one day you'll get the offer letter and 7 days later DOJ. Don't worry it is how they work i guess. Ihad the result in December. And offer letter came in July. Only had letter of intent till then!

I got campus placement in ps. Recent mail stating that onboarding of 2024 asde1 will be only by 2025.idky i feel like a loser now its been already more than 6 months waiting for an offer letter. If anyone have any update just reply please!
Contacted hr and they are they are saying they don't have any idea about the month of 2025 and even no idea when pjp starts. When asked about pjp they said nov/dec not clearly... So frustrated 😭
