Any one aware how’s is it work for Publicis Sapient ? How’s the work culture , Job security and if they allow work from home ?
Had similar experience as above. Totally depends on project and managers. In general apart from few projects all others are horrible.
How is Verizon project at Publicis Sapient? Also, which of these companies is better- Publicis Sapient or Infosys Consulting?
Depends on Project. God was kind so I got a good project. Smart colleagues and is a premium amongst service based companies
Work culture is good. I was there for 3 years. Since Jan this year they have mandated 3 times a week.
But not much growth once you enter. From last 3 years 2 years there was no hike. Understandably because of AI effect.
Also there would be lots of pressure to got through some trainings aprt from your project which is an annoyance.
Good place to stay for 2-3 years
