Public Sector India Accounts are full of most pathetic assholes. Left TCS last month and I feel very relieved now.
Yes I have worked in this account. I see lot of aasholes. I see some managers feel like they own tcs.
I had a discussion with my manager. Because I have not supported on Sunday. I had a week off on Saturday and Sunday. Sunday some critical issue came I am too busy. So didn't lift the call
My manager escalated to delivery partner. He told me he will destroy my career.
He told me he will kick me out of tcs and make sure I don't get experience letters. He told like he will destroy my career.
Yeah, I had to fight Sub ISU, Delivery Partner, PS India HR Head etc. It was a horrible experience but I was also a pain in their ass. They haven't forgotten me yet and are using my name as an example for whosoever revolting. :)
