Public sector bank to foreign banks switch

Im worried about frequent transfer and hectic work life balance as a assistant manager of 3 yoe, tends to get a huge gap between my family. So I decided to switch as it is likely to get WFH option. is it a better move if so what certifications should I need to be done.
