Trending @Cognizant; PT to A promotion

I joined as PT in October 2021. Currently in PA. When will I be promoted to associate?

If u got 4,5 rating this year.. and completing more than 2 years means.. you will be auto promoted definitely.. many of friends and me also promoted in month of october … when manager said i didnt followed RTO, so promotion not possible.. but later i got auto promoted due to 2023 rating .. and since i completed my 2 YOE in august..

Simple : if 3 rating.. no auto promotion.. manager should nominate u and u should fill all citeria…

If 4,5 rating— autopromotion in 2025….

I don't think that is same for all.....I am having 5 rating and completed 2 year in Aug. Didn't received anything. Even HM also supporting. But still nothing
