PSU or SDE job.

Hey everyone,

Got an offer from a psu on bases of gate exam CТС 21 LPA (in hand 15lpa after tax pf pension and other deduction,wont get some allowances like child education etc.)

Should i take it or switch to SDE everyone says will earn more in Corporate as initial salaries are high in psu but growth is less.

I have also checked videos on YouTube and the Internet seems like salaries are crazy there specially in FANG

And moreover suppose if i join that psu but after 5-7 years i decide to quit it then can i switch to SDE or do MBA will i get job in corporate? After 6-7 YOE in non IT field. Please give me some suggestions.
