I want to take a release from my project. But my manager is not giving me. How can i take a release from my project without getting into trouble with Hr or any disciplinary actions.
If you tried formally and it doesn't working then try in informal way. Take as many as unplanned leaves frequently, attend the meetings lately, do not follow the timings, show your uninterest towards tasks and activities, respond lately to the calls and messages. Above mentioned points were worked out practically in my project and one of our colleague got release.
Bro i don't have much leaves left... It's kinda impossible for me to go that way....What can i do in that case?
I really had a shitty project. 10 hour duty support project. Shitty TL. Dumb manager. My performance was good but it started deteriorating the day my TL came from ML. I kept telling that I'm not bale to handle it but she kept denying me to let me change my project. She said "Manager this girl doesn't work at all. Her peers are doing her tasks and she wants a project change. I will not approve it let her abscond herself do not accept her resignation"
I fainted later that same day. Stopped doing my job put in my resignation. Curled up n cried and provided my deteriorating mental gealth docs. The HR was a complete bitch and dog. So went to HR senior then her senior. Luckily she aaked me to complete my tenure n then granted me to change my project. My shitty TL gave me a D band n took away quarter of what i was supposed to be earning.
