Protiviti Senior consultant pay

Hi, I am currently working IN Deloitte in IT Audit with 4 yoe and with 8lpa and i am expecting 9lpa in this cycle. Currently I am looking for a job opening in Protiviti, what i could demand for salary and how's the work culture, Is it worth the shift?
