Hello everyone, I have 4 years of experience in SAP Security and GRC. I am currently evaluating two job offers and would appreciate guidance from experienced professionals.

Option 1: Protiviti

• Startup-like culture
• ₹10 LPA fixed compensation (no variable) Option 2: Capgemini
• Large corporate environment
• ₹12.5 LPA fixed compensation (no variable)

Based on career growth, learning opportunities, and long-term prospects in SAP Security and GRC, which option would you recommend and why?
