25 gm from whey protein 25 gm from plant protein 20 gm from 40 gm soya chunks 5-10gm from dal ( afternoon meal ) 20 gm from 6 eggs ( taking approx figures ) 10 gm from yoga bar protein oats
Around 110 pr day .
I normally avoid dinner at night ( instead I eat fruits and salad ( eggiterian)
