I got an offer from deloitte as a Sr. Consultant (software engineering). I would like to know the perks and benefits of working at deloitte in this role specially as a software engineer. Also
- How many leaves including sick and casual
- How many days need to work from office
- Is there any minimum no. of hours to be present in office?

There are 22 total earned leaves , 6 Well being leaves and 10 public holidays Working from office completely depends on the project usually people work from onsite. Recently people have started coming to office with 3 days per week 8 hrs per day as per policy but as mentioned this depends on project management you are working with.
Usually at Sr Con and manager level workload is hectic with people expected to work on weekends to meet deadlines.So WLB is poor which is sad but very common in Big4s
Aren’t These questions already answered by HR during HR round? These should be written in your offer letter.
And minimum hours at office depends on your team, projects etc. You can know that once you start working also.
