Pros: (comparing to real estate) Dividends(or whatever) at regular intervals Property management/maintenance taken care of. Easy liquidity Taxation on dividends comparing to taxation on fixed deposits Possible appreciation of property value causing appreciation of reit units

Cons: Considering higher interest rates for FDs reit dividends may go low. Existing in taxation benefits may get cancelled in future.
