I am thinking of buying plot/flat in Bangalore..I am complete beginner in this..

I am thinking for investment purpose.. my budget is around 1-1.2cr..

can you guys suggest me on this, where I should buy property which will fetch some good rents..

I am looking for areas where renting the property won't be much difficult.
