Proper time to swipe in work location

My child just turned 1 year last month and my wfh exception also ended. I am solely taking care of my daughter and I dont have any external support for me. My work location is Siruseri and I am residing far from Siruseri which is around 35 kms away. Since both my Hr and Manager are not extending wfh exception I am planning to just swipe and come by early at morning 6 am and do the work from home.Will my swipe get register properly if I swipe that early? Or do we have any timing to swipe for a day?
