How to get promotions through IJP ? Can anyone please provide the full process? Your inputs will be appreciated.

Go on the IJP portal and find the next level job. Check Eligibility if you can apply. If yes then apply if the post manager approves your application then there will be an internal evaluation and interview. Based on that you will get a selection or rejection mail. But it is only after JL3.
