Trending @Accenture; Promotions hike - 13% fixed
Promotion hike - 13% Stay at same level hike - 3-8% (if you didn’t get hike in dec) Hike can be in double digit upto 15% if you are negotiating with offer in hand. Variable pay is same as november

Variable pay won’t be same as November for sure. Some folks didn’t get any hike in last November so they were compensated with high variable. If they get a hike this time, Accenture will certainly reduce the variable.

Does stay at level hike is applicable for level 8 as well ( i didn't get any hike in last 3 years)

The ones who joined in july, they didn't get hike in December, won't get hike in june and obviously will now get hike only in 2026 June I think. I'm fked :(

So hike is less than equal to inflation

It’s showing in portal for you?

What about level 12, if they get promoted to level 11 ?
In general, level 11 gets 39k in hand, but if level 12 gets only 13% hike in promotion then they will get around 35k only...
How is this justified..?

What if someone got promoted then got an offer outside then will they retain or give something?

What if someone got a hike last December so no hike for them?
