Promotions

Hi all

As i can see promotions are roll out. I need to know it triggered do person who has PL rights or to person who has recommend. Mine was pending with HR and its a revenue sharing model. Tagging bps project IT. I asked the manager he said pending with HR. But he has no PL rights. Any inputs as next window will open in jan first week.

Last month When I asked for my promotion progress hr said Not this quarter may be next year t. I am not sure what changed but I got a promotion letter yesterday and my PL only informed me today to check

If your promotion is pending with HR, it means they are responsible for the final decision. Your manager's lack of PL rights doesn't affect this. Just wait for HR to process it.

How hr will process?? Recommendation already sent in september but still now nothing updated. Last band promotion october 2021. After that no C. Only A and B. What else be the reason?
