Guys any idea about promotions and whether its started in TCS. I had my last promotion in December 2021 and post that i got consecutive 3 "A" bands. So not sure whether i am eligible for promotion or who to reach out to get any clarity. My manager is saying he is not aware and can't see my name in any list, so any leads would help here for discussion

Yes, they've started it for Q2 ITA - 4.8 yrs of exp (2.8 as SE) AST - 7 yrs of exp (3.8 as ITA) Asco - 10 yrs of exp (3.8 as AST and depends on individual cases too)
