Can someone from CL5, 6 or above please confirm if they know what percentage of the hike is going to be for ATCI folks if they are promoted from CL10 to CL9 and are working on a platinum client with a chargeability of 100%? Skill set - Manual testing

Also, will variable pay be defaulted like what we all got in Nov'24 or can there be a change to that as well for the May cycle?
