Hi All,
In February 25 I have received the compensation review letter with certain amount of hike in my CTC wiz effective from Jan 25.
In April I received Promotion letter which also has revised my CTC but my question is they revised the new CTC based on the CTC which was is Jan 25.
So it means my Compensation review which I got in Feb got cancelled out?
Or CTC after promotion is inclusive of the CR+Promotion?
Oh the same thing happened to me and I’m so confused. I raised a ticket to get more clarification.
Heard back from the support regarding this. Since both the promotion and compensation revision is effective from the same date, a combined letter has been issued adding up both the increments. So the recent letter will be the final compensation that you will receive.

You would have got the letter explaining the details.
Here hike and promotion happend in ifferent quarters so The hike reflected is based on Jan salary
And promotion will be on you revised CTC after hike
