Promotion Window C3A to C3B opend?

Don’t try C3B, worst place to be. You will not get hikes, not get variable, any company policy on reducing any kind of money.. C3B is the first to get impacted, promotion from C3B level is also very delayed. Better to switch than to promote to C3B

Don't get promoted even if tcs is doing better. Hike goes to QVP , limited calls internally. C3B always need to target large accounts where micro-management,politics are at peaks.
