My TL was asking my achievements yesterday. I did not had many. Is she trying for promotion or what?

Everyone does delivery at the end, the thing that matters is proficiency p3+, gen AI training, IS Advocate training, certifications like this.
Those all are already completed. She was asking about google or azure certifications

I checked in workday, my MAL is showing as 66 even though I joined Accenture in Jan'22. How is it possible?
MAL 66 is sufficient for promotion from level 11 to 10?
What is MAL?
MAL means Months at Level.
This will reset to zero when you get promoted to next level and there it increments by 1 every month till your next promotion.
Can anyone tell me how to get promoted to level 8 . I am already on same level for more than 2 years . My project has no budget for it. Any suggestions
