First please search the word “appraisal”in dictionary. There are two appraisal in infy mid year in March and final in October. The result is your rating. Compensation review happens once a year as of April and announced in June/July. Sometime you will get a promotion which will also result in compensation review. Usually if you already got a recent promotion related comp review the annual comp review will be on the lower side
