It's the least thing we can do , otherwise forget any promotions kind of things happening and better search opportunities outside.

TCS knows people are asking for hikes and promotions. They also know people are leaving as well. They know how many people have disagreed with the Band as most people get C band.

They know the reality. They just don't want to do it.
