Today I reached out to my people lead regarding update on my promotion as he told me that he has already sent my name for the same.. Today he said that till now they say that there are no updates and he asked me to wait.. How true is this statement just wanted to know??
17th May salary gets processed with VP, before that everything is finalized. They can tell you before 17th, after 17th and even skip.
Thats True , project manager level only should be able to see who got promoted around end of this week or start of next week (like before may 15) and probably the rest of the info will reach out to u by last week of may through your lead if you got promoted. If he didn’t share anything by mid of last week then you are not promoted. Don’t get your hopes up. This time pip percentage is almost as big as the promotion people percentage .
I asked my SM, he said no info yet.
