What is the criteria to get promotion TL from TA ? when i joined as a fresher and 4 years completed. 1 year as TA completed.

18 months after becoming TA a person is eligible for TL but it depends on your skills, project if there is already a TL in project it will clash, and main your manager if they want they can promote you or spend some 6-7 years in total u'll become TL automatically
