Is there any eligibility criteria for same like DQ and all? And the folks completed 3 years recently or they are more then 3 years folks?

There is always a minimum eligibility criteria but that doesn’t mean everyone who satisfied minimum eligibility criteria will be promoted. Else everyone would become ceo in 20 years. Factors like out of eligibile people who is most experimced, who is most critical, who has gone above and beyond, who is at risk of leaving, who is in good/bad books of manager, who has things to show beyond project etc etc matter
