I am told that my name is the first priority from our market. My MAL is 40. Can I expect promotion this time?

Usually MAL of 40 is a lot to get promoted to L10. But this time since it is already postponed by 30 months for all, keep your fingers crossed. Wish you all the best.

My MAL is 48 and I’m still have no hope that they will do promotion because in my team there is already ppl who are waiting for promotion which higher MAL then me

You can definitely expect, but your manager also might not be knowing the end result yet. There has been no comms from management for finalising promotions and hikes yet.
