I joined infosys as a fresher as specialist programmer and have 3 years of experience
I have submitted my esep as I have different offer
Infosys have nominated me for L2 and they mentioned to take my esep back to proceed with promotion
They didn't provide the confirmation that after nominating I will be definitely promoted or not
Should I reply on them and take my esep back or how it should be
I got offer from Deloitte in March.I taked with my mentor and MU lead they told they will nominate me for L2 effective from april.I got it written in the mail from MU lead but not the exact compensation.
For me they mentioned no one can provide the confirmation for that I have asked to them multiple times but the same thing
But I got it written from my MU lead.If they can't provide confirmation then why are you thing of taking back esep as you offer is written and confirmed L2 promotion is not certain.
If you are currently in notice if the progression is effective from april then you can think of taking back you esep but if effective is July do not take back you yor esep.More over L2 salary after promotion will be max 16 and no hike for 1 year so if you have an offer of 18 or more leave infosys.
Is it true that there won't be any hike until 1 year after promotion ? Means if anyone is promoted in June then won't they be getting any hike at end of the cycle??
If they don’t give in written then don’t take back your esep it’s a trap
They told me thrice they have nominated me, but never got promoted though
They are playing with our carries tomorrow I will suicide if they will not give promotion because I was eligible and still they ate not giving making me fool bloody fuckers
Just I want to know, if your current offer equals to SP L2, you can stay here otherwise you can leave.
