I joined Infosys in September 2023 with Senior Associate Consultant.

Till now I have not received any promotion and now my current experience is 6+ YOE.

So Can I expect promotion in the January cycle 2026

Connect with your manager. Eligibility of JL5 is 18 months you should have been senior associate consultant and you should have commendable/outstanding rating once

I received an email last month regarding my role change from Senior Associate Consultant (JL4) to Consultant (JL5) through IJP. Could you please let me know when I will receive the official letter along with the hike details?
