Promotion to IT Analyst

I joined TCS back in August 2021 as C1 grade. My current YOE is approx 3.5 years. Why haven't I got promoted yet to IT Analyst ? I have heard that for ninja people the promotion is at 4 years but I guess for digital people it should be 1 year earlier.

Does anyone have any knowledge about it?

You will not be automatically promoted. And the promotion criteria is not less than 3 yrs experience when you're nominated by your manager.
