Trending @Accenture; Promotion to CL-11 to CL-10?

Hi Everyone, It jas been 1 year and 10 months at Accenture at CL-11 and I am a fresher. Out of 22 months, initial months were for training and I was also on bench for some time. When can I expect promotion to CL-10. 🙂🙂
