Trending @Accenture; Promotion to CL 10

Anyone whose MAL is more than 36, and yet not got promoted from CL 11 to CL 10? If so, then how can we ask them for promotion?

My MAL is 51 at level 11. I'm still not promoted.

Level 11 to 10 takes 36 months of MAL , try talking to your people lead about it . They will be able to help you . For promotion

I joined as an Analyst and within 11 months - i got promoted. If you are capable enough - there is no policy that will restrict you to get promoted.
