Promotion to c2

I have got three straight A bands and i will complete my 4 years by july 7th. My manager has confirmed that i will be promoted to c2. Will i get promotion and revised offer letter by 2nd quarter or do i need to wait for next quarter. Also we have a new contract addition to our project which is signed for next 6 years. And my manager has promised me good role in new contract and it will go live by july.On the other hand i had an offer from techm with 60% of hike. what would be better option
