Promotion to c2

I am a digital joiner, I have two bands one is c and other one is B. When will I get eligible for promotion?

Minimum 3.5 years of experience is eligibility to initiate promotion with at least 2 A Bands. After that promotion may be initiated after 4 years of experience in tcs having bands A or B. If someone got C then it will be further postponed to 5 years or more.

Probably not before 5 years of experience because of C band and no A band. After 5 yoe they will initiate.
