Hi Everyone, i am currently working as PA in Cognizant and i will complete my 2 years in July this year. Will i get promoted to Associate ? And which quarter will it reflect in my payroll ? Any idea ?
You promotion will get effected after 2 year + 3 months And if the yearly rating is 3 or above
So if you complete 2 years in July you'll get promoted to Associate in October along with payroll
I completed my 2 years in april and i will be pj bench in end of may. Do i will be receiving promotion, If i don't get project will start of next quarter?
Depends on the yearly rating that you got if 3 and above and you've completed you development and skill up task properly then surely get promotion starting from July.
Be aware if you are in bench for 2 months while in Associate level HR will start asking you to Force resign
PA to eligibility is 2 quarter. Search new job man they make you fool.
