Just received my rating and it's a 5. I am supposed to complete 30 months on 1st of March. Can I expect a promotion on time, or they will give excuses again?

Same case with me, same rating and DOJ. Are you following 3 days RTO too? Some associates mentioned no promotion if 3 days criteria is not followed in the last quarter.

Wtf!! My project has no such criteria for 3days rto, so we follow 2 days. Does that mean I won't get the promotion?
