Trending @Cognizant; Promotion to A from PA in Cognizant

Hello mates, Have been reading the posts from the mate's working in Cognizant from last one year and have observed that the management is implementing new criteria for every quarter since Q1 2024 and with the response all eligible candidates are being declined and least out of it get filtered out.I personally feel this I also belong to the same ineligible criteria for last one year.........
