As I have joined TCS in 2022 Aug as SE, with 3.6years exp(5.2yrs currently with 1.6 exp in TCS ). When should I expect my next promotion . Any leads , will help out …..

If you are C1 grade then I think you are eligible for the C2 grade promotion. Check with your manager and ask him to initiate the promotion appraisal.
