Trending @Infosys; Promotion through IJP
Hi There, I have recently got promoted through IJP from SSE to Associate Consultant. I got the mail that will reflect on October. So what’s the pay I can expect here can anyone suggest cause I have rumours about these and not sure which one to trust..
Here are the rumours A. You will given max of 20 percent of hike. B. You will get about 7-8 CTC
It would be helpful for me if anyone share their views on this.

And don't forget whatever the hike 5% will go to gratuity.
How much percentage for senior consultant to technology architect ?
17.5% is the standard increment through IJP
7-8 ctc is for acon bridge, for ijp it would be 17.5%
A friend of mine who has promoted TA recently both are from same batch.. but for her it is 6.3 CTC.. associate consultant should get more right ??
according to that what i have heard is for sse to associate consultant ijp 15% hike only max you will be getting 5lpa but if you clear bridge it will be 7.5
