Trending @Cognizant; PROMOTION STOPPED in Q4???

Hi guys,

Does even q4 promotion happening to any of them? Pl confirm. I heard from my leads that it is stopped and it will resume from jan 2025 end once 2024 year end rating reflects.

Also they said that folks who got 4,5 rating in 2024 will be automatically promoted from PA - A..?

My domain is CIS.. pl update if any one know about this

Jan end auto promotion .. starts. I wanna make sure whether promotions happening now

Eligible Promotion list will be sent to managers by the first week of Jan ,once confirmed it will be effective from Jan itself.. w.r.t Ratings I'm not sure since it'll take a minimum of 2-3 months I.e Feb- March to reflect 2024 Rating, henceforth Q4 promotion might be based on 2023 YER..
