I think u already got that hike along with ur role change...coz I know peeps who joined here around March 2021 and on Feb only they got hikes and their package increased to 6.5 earlier they are getting around 4.8..mostly I guess they will not give any hike for this April as recently ur compensation has been changed...Better u can check with ur HR for more details and eligibility criterias
