Trending @Accenture; Promotion Scenario

I have worked in Accenture for a number of years and in last 18 months I have won several awards but have not been promoted. I have spoken to my manager but not figured out the reason. I am yet to apply for the IJPs. What do you think could be the reason? And what do you suggest?
